Bullied Autistic Child was Denied FAPE
This court decision demonstrates the power of writing letters. A
federal court found that a school denied a child FAPE where it failed to
take reasonable steps to prevent a child from being bullied, after the
school was informed by the parents that the harassment was taking

We need more judges that understand how important it is to make our schools safe so children can learn and excel. This was an exciting ruling, and it will be interesting to see the ripple effect of this.
